🔋 1. Battery Not Charging / Charging Slowly

Possible Causes:

  • Loose charger connection or faulty charger

  • Battery BMS (Battery Management System) protection triggered

  • Ambient temperature too low/high

Solutions:

  • Double-check that the charger is securely connected and LED light is on

  • Try another compatible charger if available

  • Let battery rest at room temperature (15–25°C) for 1–2 hours and try again

  • If issue persists, contact us for a battery diagnostic or replacement


⚡ 2. E-bike Won’t Power On

Possible Causes:

  • Battery not properly connected

  • Main fuse or controller malfunction

  • Display unit failure

Solutions:

  • Check battery installation and connectors

  • Open battery box to inspect fuse (if accessible)

  • Reset the system by turning it off for 5 minutes

  • If the display remains black, contact after-sales support with photos/videos


🛞 3. Motor Not Responding / Weak Power

Possible Causes:

  • Loose motor cable or water ingress

  • Controller or PAS (Pedal Assist Sensor) fault

  • Overheating from long hill climbing

Solutions:

  • Disconnect and reconnect the motor cable (check for bent pins)

  • Let the motor cool for 10 minutes

  • Ensure PAS magnets are clean and aligned

  • Provide motor error code (if available on display) for further support


⚙️ 4. Strange Noises from the Motor or Crankset

Possible Causes:

  • Loose bolts or bearings

  • Foreign object stuck in drivetrain

  • Internal gear or motor wear

Solutions:

  • Tighten crank and motor mounting bolts

  • Inspect drivetrain and clean debris

  • Lubricate moving parts if necessary

  • If noise persists, send video to technical team for assessment


💡 5. Display Error Codes (E01, E07, etc.)

Possible Causes:

  • System communication error

  • Sensor, brake cut-off, or throttle issue

Solutions:

  • Refer to user manual for specific code meaning

  • Disconnect and reconnect cables (especially brakes, throttle, sensors)

  • Contact us with error code and bike serial number for diagnosis


🧩 6. Brake Not Working Properly

Possible Causes:

  • Brake cable loose or worn

  • Hydraulic fluid leak (if applicable)

  • Brake disc misalignment

Solutions:

  • Adjust or replace brake cable/pads

  • Check for oil leaks around the caliper (hydraulic systems)

  • Realign brake disc or replace if warped


🔧 7. Loose Parts or Frame Issues

Solutions:

  • Regularly inspect bolts and nuts — especially stem, handlebar, pedals, and rear rack

  • Apply thread locker where necessary

  • Contact us immediately for any welding cracks or structural concerns — warranty may apply


🌐 8. Software or Firmware Update Needed

Solution:

  • Contact our tech team for the latest firmware (if supported by your model)

  • We will guide you through the update process via USB or Bluetooth (app-based)
